“I am so happy I signed up for the Digest + Embody training program with Jamie Lugo! This course exceeded all of my expectations.  Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She is so passionate about her work, her clients and teachings it is impossible not to be inspired by her. She has an unbelievably warm and engaging personality.
